How It Works
Once you have completed the BUILDERS APPLICATION FORM and have been accepted by ASK HOMES, you will be kept on our database of builders and given work that suits your expertise and fee requirements.
As the builder, you will contract to the buying customer directly and will work directly with them in completing the construction of their home. We will then supply either through you or directly to the customer depending on the structure of the customers finance. At all times the customer will have full transparency of the supply element and build element of their projects costs.
For all clients that ASK HOMES sends the builder, the builder will pay to that ASK HOMES regional office a marketing fee of $5000. This will not apply in the case that the builder finds the client and simply orders a home from ASK HOMES.
Builders must be presentable at all times, follow building regulations and state safety guidelines as well as offer fixed price building contracts to the clients referred by ASK HOMES.
Builders must have experience with steel frame home construction.
