ASK HOMES goes employment crazy!
May 19th, 2007

Over the past 12 months ASK HOMES has gone from 4 key employees to nearly 20 full time staff. But it doesn’t stop there! In addition to this, weekend WORKING B’s see more than 15 tradesmen each week from around the Gold Coast join in on ‘knocking up’ an owner builder’s home in a single day. The most recent of new comers to the staff roster is Gold Coast entrepreneur Simon James who has been employed to handle a myriad of sectors of the business including but not limited to development opportunities, marketing and advertising requirements, creative business development and most importantly designing systems that will allow ASK HOMES to continue its exponential growth whilst lowering overheads and at the same time offering a better product and higher level of customer service to clients. Keith Richardson the Managing Director of ASK HOMES says “Simon has been involved with ASK HOMES for the past year as a sub-contractor through his advertising agency Australian Revenue with which we have had great success, so when the opportunity arose for Simon to take a bigger role in the business earlier this year the decision was instant. From the outline of his job description he’s got quite the challenge in front of him!” Simon Says “Keith and I have been working very closely in developing some fantastic new tools that will give ASK a further edge in the market. We have all kinds of concepts in development such as OWNER BUILDER hand books, online members areas with delivery schedules like you would expect to see on some of Australia’s top courier companies websites, we have an instructional DVD in the pipeline, strategic alliances with finance companies to bring even better deals to our buyers, online tradesmen directories, proper induction procedures that will see potential clients introduced to the concept of owner building more smoothly than before, even some fantastic corporate events for past and future clients to interact with staff and get spoiled for making ASK HOMES what it is today.” Without the great staff at ASK HOMES the business would not be where it is today! Keith has made it his focus to surround himself with the right kind of people with the right kind of attitude. So far, he’s done exactly that!
