We'll then give you a fixed price supply contract and only then when you are 100% satisfied will you be required to pay a further deposit.

How Much To Build This Home? >
As you can imagine, every home is different but to give you the best possible idea of how much your home will cost submit an online quote request and we'll get you an estimation of three price points.
1. SUPPLY ONLY
2. LOCK UP ESTIMATION
3. FULL BUILD ESTIMATION
These prices will be based on supply from ASK HOMES and building services from a builder in your area which may or may not be ASK HOMES. If you decide the go supply only and become an OWNER BUILDER then you're probably looking at saving between 20 - 40% on the full build price. Remeber owner building is very easy, you don't need to get hands on at all if you don't want! At the very least you'll save money just by cutting out the builder.
