From a one man show working out of a tin shed in a back alley in Southport, to one of Australia’s fastest growing Builders and home suppliers, Keith Richardson now has a team of more than thirty fantastic staff and at least 300 homes in production at any one time.

Keith is quite literally the man behind the success story. Still to this day Keith runs his company like a family business. His morals and corporate philosophy is simple “Offer a product that is far superior than anyone else’s, make it cheaper than anyone else with ZERO hidden costs and give people better service than they expect.” This approach to business has developed naturally over Keith’s earlier working years where he adopted many different methodologies in customer service, real estate and construction.

As managing director and founder, he shares his vision with his staff and realises that a great team makes a fantastic company.

Brian Neil has been in Kit Homes for longer than he can remember. He's got the know how and the passion required to be a great leader in an engineering environment. Kit Homes require the best engineering and a focused team of kit home designers. Brian runs this team.

A steel carpenter is completely different from a timber carpenter! With steel kit homes you're dealing with easy to use screws and with timber you're dealing with dangerous nails and untrustworthy timber. A steel carpenter understands kit homes to such a degree that he can work with you to get your home finished super fast.

Marketa Richardson

Kit Homes Gold Coast Office Manager

Marketa is wife to Managing Director Keith and mother to Kodi their new baby boy. Marketa is also office manager at the ASK HOMES head office located on the Gold Coast. Originally from Europe, Marketa brings a certain focus to the company that is productive yet refreshingly relaxed and light hearted.

Marketa is an expert at detail, getting hands on to implement systems and seeing them through into further development to refine the overall company work process on an administration level.

In a business that is all about customer service it's not surprising that Marketa's background is primarily in the retail sector, working previously in developing another family business in Europe where she is very much missed.
