we approached keith about 3yrs ago about owner building our dream home.
we had our own design and had 3 other builders look at our design only to try to get us to change almost every room or angle... but ask encouraged us to build the house we wanted... and we did.
we are now ready to build again and will be looking at another kit home.

Everything has happend so quickly.

We\'ve had the block for quite some time and had spent a while wasting time with another builder who actually let us down, but Keith and the guys at ask homes made life very easy! We are really happy so far with everything and will recommend ASK to people we speak to.

Our daughter originally suggested we look into a kit home solution after we spent many hours with other builders only to be disappointed at the lack of flexibility and excessive costs associated with having things how we like them. We had no idea that “KIT HOMES” could be so beautiful; we thought they were only for granny flats or government housing.

We searched for a kit home company through NINE MSN and ASK HOMES were at the top of the list! We met with the friendly team in the Nerang office and have not looked back since!

Keith was easy to talk to, made everything really simple to understand and kept things fun!

We started with the standard ASK HOME the “Jindalee” and made some of our own personal touches.

We actually paid cash for this home as we had accumulated enough wealth from previous investments. Our first was a renovation and second we just bought and sold at the right time. This is the first time we’ve built a home in its entirety, but it was the obvious progression from where we were at.

We are both semi-retired and felt that this was the ideal project to embark on together!

A GREAT WAY TO MAKE SOME MONEY AND AN EVEN BETTER WAY TO SPEND A COUPLE OF MONTHS GETTING OUR HANDS DIRTY!

The most obvious thing we could comment on is how easy it is dealing with ASK HOMES!

I started working with ASK HOMES on weekends with their working B day and have now done 3 homes in total with them. So far they are really nice people to work for, always spend time with new comers to make sure everyone understands what is happening and most importantly they really look after their staff.

I am really happy with the service from ASK HOMES so far on my home at 10 Limewood Court Ormeau. It’s a split level 3 module home on a sloping sight so the choice to use ASK HOMES was due to the savings from building a steel home and the flexibility of being in control of my own project every step of the way.

I was the kind of kid that loved playing with Lego and putting together jigsaws so building my home is a fantastic feeling. It’s a great experience for a bloke, and with ASK HOMES helping you through the entire process it’s hard to make a mistake.

The boys came out for a working B last weekend and it was great to see my house go from a Steel Floor to a structure in a day.

Natalie at the ASK HOMES office was a great help with council and getting the project from concept to construction and Keith is a great guy who has really gone out of his way to help me get around a couple of initial obstacles.

I did my Owner Builder course via correspondence which was really easy for anyone considering it, and I think if I sat down and did it all in one session it would have only taken one day to complete.

I actually started out in the beginning with a boutique builder, but I’m really happy that I decided to run with ASK HOMES, and my family are too! Our home should end up being the best house in the street!
